• Tactical and strategic integration of new asset management applications in the utilities field.   
•  Integration of IT infrastructure and mobile applications in the tertiary sector.         
• Unification and integration of applications in the Operational domain of IT management and systems :           
  • Intelligent Monitoring, Event and Service Impact Management.
  • Service Desk, Help Desk applications and associated ITSM services.
  • Configuration Management Database and associated ITSM services.
